Shipping & Returns
Waxaroma LDN aim to provide you with handmade items as soon as possible. With our standard delivery all orders will be dispatched within 3-5 Working Days. In the event of an issue arising, we will aim to resolve these as soon as possible.
|Every product is made to order and hand poured by us ourselves. Our standard delivery is done using Royal Mail 2nd Class, which takes 2- 5 working days. We have the option to choose 1st Class. (Express Delivery)
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with an item, please contact us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will be happy to refund the cost of the item, following the item being returned to us in perfect condition. Please note we are unable to cover the cost of return postage charges, unless the item was damaged in transit, faulty or incorrect. All items need to be returned within 14 days of receipt to be eligible. Once contacted via email we will share return address.
Lost / Damaged Items
Any items shipped to you are wrapped carefully and well protected. However, occasionally items can become damaged or get lost during shipping which is unfortunately out of our hands.
In the event that an item arrives to you damaged, we will first require a photo of the damaged item and once checked, we will send a replacement out to you as soon as physically possible. If the item is out of stock, a refund will be provided.
If your order has not arrived after the advised 6 working day shipping period, we will require 24 hours to make up your order again, after which it will be shipped to you. In the interim, should your initial order arrive, we may require the duplicate to be returned to us, the cost of which will be covered by us.
